Sports taught me discipline, structure, and what it means to train with purpose.
Over the years, I noticed something:
Most people can work hard, but very few people know how to train smart.
I saw clients get excited... then fall off.
Not because they didn't care, but because the system wasn't sustainable.
So I built my own.
